Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy explains how you can return products purchased from Khodraxnchepur ("we", "us", "our") and under what conditions you are entitled to a refund. We are located at Klarabergsgatan 64, 111 21 Stockholm, Sweden. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and complies with Swedish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen, SFS 2022:260).

2. Right of withdrawal (14-day return right)

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: The 14-day period runs from the day on which you (or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipment and keep proof of posting.

4. Condition of returned goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to try it. If the product is used beyond this (e.g. if a significant part of the capsules has been consumed), we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value, or refuse the return if the product is no longer suitable for resale. We will inform you if we intend to make a deduction or refuse the return.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under EU and Swedish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:

If you have received a product that is defective or not as described, your rights are governed by section 6 (statutory rights for defective goods) and not limited by the exceptions above.

6. Defective or non-conforming goods

If the product is defective, does not conform to the contract, or was damaged in transit, you have statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. You may be entitled to:

You must inform us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. We may ask you to provide photos or a short description of the defect and, where relevant, to return the product for inspection. We will not reimburse return costs for the 14-day right of withdrawal if you are instead claiming under this section, unless we have agreed otherwise or the product is defective and you are terminating the contract.

7. How to return the product

To return a product:

  1. Notify us of your withdrawal or your claim (defective goods) as described in sections 2 and 6, and wait for our confirmation or return instructions if we provide them.
  2. Pack the product securely (preferably in the original packaging if possible) to avoid damage in transit.

  4. For withdrawal under the 14-day right: you bear the direct cost of return. For defective or non-conforming goods where we are at fault, we will reimburse the return cost as set out in section 6.

8. Refund timing

We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of the reimbursement. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
