1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website https://khodraxnchepur.world (the "Website") and to any orders you place for products offered by Khodraxnchepur ("we", "us", "our"), with registered address at Klarabergsgatan 64, 111 21 Stockholm, Sweden.

• Product(s): the goods (including Optivironix and any other items) offered for sale on the Website.

3. Products and information

We offer dietary supplements and related products on the Website. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors (e.g. typographical or pricing errors) and to update product information. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary within the same product line.

Our products are food supplements, not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. You should use the product in accordance with the instructions and, if you have a medical condition or take other medication, consult your doctor before use.

Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout or in the relevant section of the Website (e.g. free shipping above a certain order value). We reserve the right to change prices; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and contract formation

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and your location. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure).

Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or to the carrier if you have arranged collection). If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under Swedish consumer law if we fail to deliver in time.

As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a right of withdrawal (right to cancel) within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, subject to the conditions set out in the Return Policy.
